Free Parenting Program Coming to ECSD Communities

Elko County School District is partnering with Raising Highly Capable Kids to offer a free, 13-week parenting course in Elko, Jackpot, Owyhee, Wells, and West Wendover.

The course will be taught by our own ECSD school professionals and is open to parents and guardians with children enrolled in ECSD—at no cost.

We’re still finalizing dates for each community and would love to hear what days and times work best for you. Open Gym Volleyball Dates

Ms. Anthony and Mrs. Kinney are proud to announce the outcomes of Carlin FCCLA's competitions at the 2025 National Leadership Conference. In Sustainability Challenge, Emily McNamara received a silver medal. In Interpersonal Communication, Leila Taylor received a silver medal. In Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation Caileigh Shilts received a gold medal. In Personal Finance, Lynzie Irmer received a silver medal and was recognized as one of the top 10 competitors in the country.
