The College Savings Division within the Nevada Treasury is proud to announce its 4th annual “What Do You Want to Be When You Grow Up” Art Contest.
Nevada students Pre-K - 12th grades to use their artistic skills and creativity to produce a work of art demonstrating what they’d like their future career to be, all while getting them and their families excited about post-secondary education.
Submissions open August 12th - October 13th, 2024.
Three winners from each grade level will receive a $1,000, $500 or $250 prize deposited into a Future Path 529 college savings account.
All individual student submissions can be uploaded to our website //www.nvigate.gov/contest.

Due to the Labor Day holiday on Monday, school will be in session next Friday, September 6th. We’ll send reminders.

Reminder: Due to the Monday holiday, school is in session at all Elko County School District schools tomorrow, Friday, May 31st.

All ECSD schools and offices are closed today, Monday, May 27 in honor of the Memorial Day holiday. Classes and normal activities will resume tomorrow Tuesday, May 28. Due to the Monday holiday, the school week shifts Tuesday-Friday. School is in session at all ECSD schools this Friday, May 31.


Due to icy roads, drifting snow and poor road conditions, Elko, Carlin and Spring Creek schools are on a 2-hour delay Monday, March 4th.

Next year's dual credit dental assisting program is now accepting applications! Must be a junior or a senior during the 24-25 school year to apply.
